Antisocial personality disorder – a condition that characterizes many convicted criminals.
People with the disorder "typically have no regard for right and wrong. They may often violate the law and the rights of others," according to the Mayo Clinic. San Diego County Social Worker Elizabeth Rosa appears to suffer a SEVER antisocial personality disorder, she shows a pervasive pattern of disregard for, and violation of, the rights of others. She exhibits an impoverished moral sense and conscience. I suspect this is not her first time of committing such crimes . I feel she may have had  a long history of this type of crimes,  and this is not her first time commtning such crime but due to lack of accountability of her crimes, her impulsive and aggressive behavior has  exacerbated her to complete Psychopathic criminal behavior. 

She refuses to conform to social norms with respect to lawful behaviors as indicated by repeatedly performing these acts: 

1. deception, as indicated by repeatedly lying,conning and participating in an International Conspiracy and abetting human traffickers for personal profit and pleasure;
2. impulsivity and failure to plan ahead with out thinking of consequences or how obvious her crimes are;
3. irritability and aggressiveness, as indicated by repeated refusal to listen to reason and resolves to changing the subject then results to insults with statements like  "are taking your Medication" to insist YOU are the one with a mental problem with the sole intent to trigger a person into complete frustration with her behavior and then hanging up the phone;
4. reckless disregard for safety of self or others;
5. consistent irresponsibility, as indicated by repeated failure to sustain consistent ethical Social work behavior or honor her obligations as a Social worker;
6. lack of remorse, as indicated by being indifferent to or rationalizing having participated in the hurting, mistreatment, and kidnapping of  these children.

In her criminal behavior she lacks any anxiety/fear with her behavior accompanied by a bold and efficacious interpersonal style of personal attacks against her victims.

She expresses much boldness with Low fear and very high unrealistic self-confidence that she can part take in such crimes with no legal consequences.

She either pretends or really believes that Interpol, Geneva, UN, State Department, Hague are not REAL Governmental agencies. She believes she is untouchable by any law enforcement or could be Investigated.

She is Unaware of her surroundings and currents events that pertain to the very crimes she is committing. 

She believes as long as she  refuses to listen and open her eyes to REAL FACTS that it not threat her or her ability to continue her crimes as normal.

Not only does she have no empathy for the Cortes Family and willing to continue the most hideous torture of this family but  she also has no regards to the National Security issues that endangers the public.
